Destruction of mechanical parts

The criteria for scrapping machinery and equipment refer to the relevant national regulations and the asset management procedures formulated by the company, as follows:

　　(I)  Scrap technology and quality standards

1. After long-term use, the main structure is obsolete, the main components have been worn and damaged, the accuracy is poor, the low process requirements have not been met, and there is no repair value;

2. Damage caused by accident or other reasons that cannot be repaired or has no repair value;

3. A major or very serious accident has occurred, the basic parts have been severely damaged, and their technical performance cannot meet the production process requirements after repairing;

4. The maintenance cost is too high and the cost of continued use is uneconomical;

5. The main parts and components cannot be replenished and are in long-term disrepair;

6. The models have been eliminated, the performance is poor, the upgrade is not economical and cannot be downgraded;

7. Equipment with poor economic benefits and no operating value;

8. Self-made non-standard equipment and machinery that cannot be repaired, modified and used after production verification and technical appraisal;

9. The company's development plan needs to be changed and no longer operate.

　　(2)  scrapped safety and environmental standards  

1. Exceeded the safe use period and there are hidden safety risks;

2. It seriously pollutes the environment, endangers personal safety and health, and is not economical to carry out transformation;

3. It does not conform to the environmental use standards promulgated by the state, and it cannot be modified to meet the standards under the existing technical conditions.
