Destruction method
Disposal of sludge: The treated sludge is disposed in the natural environment (ground, underground, water) or reused, which can achieve long-term stability and the final consumption mode without adverse effects on the ecological environment.
Common processing methods are:
1. Mechanical dehydration: generally can handle 80% of water;
2. Chemical quenching + plate-and-frame filter press: Including dosing and adding lime and then plate-and-frame filter press, which can generally handle up to 60% water;
3. Anaerobic fermentation: Anaerobic fermentation is carried out in an anaerobic fermentation tank at a temperature of about 40 degrees to generate available resources such as biogas, but the anaerobic biogas residues still need to be processed. Common post-processing is good Oxygen fermentation, large investment, if the operation is normal, the income is also objective, but the domestic case is basically not ideal;
4. Aerobic fermentation: Using the principle of aerobic fermentation, the moisture content of sludge can reach 40% -45%, which kills most pathogenic bacteria. It can be used as agricultural fertilizer or green soil and landfill in the later stage;
5. Hot drying: Belt drying, rotary table and drum drying, fluidized bed drying, the sludge can be dried to the range of 60% -90% water content, and different drying can be selected according to different disposal needs. 化 设备 ; Chemical equipment;
